Dr. Hana's Nasopure® Swish Sticks Refill Kit includes 40 Swish Sticks as well as details instructions.

The Swish Stick solution is comprised of 2:1 pharmaceutical grade sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate. Studies using the saline mixture have found that 80% of allergens are removed when nasal canals are properly cleaned. In addition, the mixture can cause shrinkage of swollen membranes and improve cilia functioniong by up to 17%.

Directions:

1. For standard bottle, mix 8 oz. of Nasopure once every 3 to 7 days. For Little Squirt bottle, mix 4 oz. of Nasopure every 2-4 days.
2. Use 1-2 oz. per nostril per use.
3. Once empty, the bottle should be rinsed before repeating steps.

Keep in mind that each mixture will stay fresh for up to 7 days. Any solution unused after 7 days should be disposed of. Always rinse the bottle between refills For Hypertonic cleaning use 2 Swish Sticks per 8 oz refill. For Isotonic cleaning use 1 Swish Stick per 8 oz refill.
