We are upgrading our phone system!

We are happy to announce that we are in the process of upgrading our phone system. Our phone ordering and phone customer service is still fully operational during this upgrade. There are two minor known issues which we are in the process of fixing. This upgrade does not affect internet orders or e-mail in any way.

1. When calling, if you hear silence after you have made a selection of more than 5 seconds before you hear hold music or a message about being transferred, keep holding and you will get through.
2. If you hear a message that says "this line is temporarily disconnected" when dialing our 714 or 888 number, it means that all physical lines are being used. Please call back immediately and you will likely get through. If you don't, please contact us using our contact form, and if you include your phone number we will be happy to call you back.

These issues tend to occur more often during peak hours. Please rest assured that these issues are not critical, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
