The Nilfisk BackVacuum is a lightweight, ergonomically designed vacuum that straps to the back of the operator -- just like a professional cleaner. And, unlike most vacuum cleaners which simply spew allergens back into the air, the BackVacuum’s HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) Filter effectively removes 99.97% of all ultra-fine particles from your home.
To achieve its high levels of filtration, the Nilfisk BackVacuum uses three separate filters, each of which retains allergens of a specific size. As the allergens move through the filtration system, mold, pollen, animal dander and dust mite particles are captured and retained. The third and final filter is the HEPA filter. This filter is capable of retaining all particles down to and including 0.3 microns in size at 99.97% efficiency. Even though some vacuum cleaners offer additional filters in their systems, no vacuum cleaner is as efficient or effective as a Nilfisk.
The BackVacuum is comfortable to wear, thanks to its rounded ergonomic design, reduced bulk, and light weight. Its patented rubber articulated joint ensures flexibility and allows the BackVacuum to conform to the operator's movement, giving access to those tightly confined and hard to reach areas. Self-adjusting padded shoulder straps provide stability and allow complete freedom of movement while cleaning. The motor is located in the lower half of the vacuum to maintain a low center of gravity.
