are a great defense against allergen producers, they are easy to use, portable, and quieter than most other models!
The SD-30E can remove 30 pints of water from the air in 24 hours. The water
is collected in a bucket at the rear of the machine, which you can remove and
empty when the 11 pint tank is full. An indicator on the back will let you know the
exact amount of water in your tank and a light on the front of the machine will
let you know when the tank is full. If you forget to empty the tank, the dehumidifier
will automatically shut off as soon as it reaches capacity.
The front panel makes this unit exceptional. It detects the humidity in the
air and displays the percentage on the front panel LED. You can set the dehumidifier
to adjust the ambient air to the humidity level you find most comfortable. Choose
between four settings -- 35%, 50%, or 60% humidity - or set it to run continuously.
The front panel will also tell you if the tank is full and let you change between
high and low fan settings.
