Dust mites are pretty tough.
They will not be killed by normal washing in cold or warm water.
Only washing in really hot water at 140 degrees F or above or drying your laundry at 140 degrees F for at least 30 minutes will kill dust-mites.
Now theres an alternative to washing your bedding in extra-hot water. Just place Acaril in hot, warm or cold water to kill mites and their allergen in your bedding or clothing.
Detergent alone won't solve the mite problem in your laundry, but Acaril's active ingredients will eliminate them with each wash.
Note that Acaril uses Tea Tree oil as one of its active ingredients.
This imparts a reasonably pleasant scent to your wash that many people may not mind.
However, many fragrance and chemically sensitive people may not be able to tolerate this product.
We suggest this ONLY for those who have allergies but are not sensitive to fragrances.
Ingredients: Alcohols, Tea Tree Oils, Methyl Salicylate.
One 8 oz. bottle treats 10 to 12 wash loads.
