How to Place an Order

Shop, Browse, Buy…it's Easy

First, browse or search for the items you would like to order. You can shop or browse by categories on the left or use the search box located at the top of the page. Just simply type in a keyword and click 'search'. This will bring up items related to the keyword you enter.

Adding Items to your Shopping Cart

Adding an item to your shopping cart is easy. Once you know the item you'd like to order, click the 'add to cart' button.

Proceed to Checkout

If you have an existing account with us, simply enter your login and password. If you don't have an account, you can either select 'create an account' or you can select 'place an order without an account.'

Create an account

This option is convenient for future checkout and enhanced shopping features. To create an account, you need to provide your contact information and chose a unique login ID and password of your choice. By creating an account with us, you will be able to place future orders without re-entering your shipping/billing address information. Furthermore, you can save shopping baskets for up to 6 months. In other words, if you have items in your shopping cart and you are not ready to proceed to checkout, you can choose to save your shopping bag. With this option, you can click on 'restore saved baskets' on the category menu and log into your account and view the saved items in your shopping cart. In addition, this option is convenient because you will be able to look up the history and status of your order. For your security, credit card information is NOT stored with your account. No purchase is necessary to create an account.

Place an order without an account

Choose this option if you do not prefer to store your information for future orders.

Enter a Shipping/Billing Address

Enter in the required information which are in bold. If billing information is different from your shipping information, please enter in the required information. Click on 'continue' box to continue checking out.

Select a Shipping Method

Choose a shipping method by considering how quickly you would like to receive your order. Under ship via, simply scroll down until you see your preferred shipping method.

Provide a Method of Payment

Enter your payment information. You are one click away from completing your order. By clicking continue, this is the final step in completing your order. You will receive an email confirmation via email and you can keep this for your own record.
