How do I create an account?

You do not have to make a purchase first to create an account with us. Simply, choose 'Account' at the top of the page and select 'create new account.' In addition, you also have an option of creating an account with us when you make your first order. When you proceed to checkout, you can either 'place an order without account' or you can select 'create new account.'

How do you create an account? It's easy…simply choose a unique login name and a password of your choice.

I forgot my password or I can't sign in.

If you forgot your password, type in your login name and select 'Please email me my password.'

Reviewing your Orders

You can review the status of your order via your Account. You can confirm the date and method of shipping, as well as a tracking number.

Problems with an Order

Did you receive a damaged or defective product?

If the item you receive is damage or defective, contact us immediately with your customer ID, the item you're returning, and whether you want a refund or a replacement item.
