Low Price Guarantee
We really want your business. If you find the same product for
less somewhere else buy it from us at the same price. Simply place
your order online at our regular price and provide us information
on the lower price offer in the special instruction section of the
order form (which is on the last checkout page where you put your
payment information). Once we have verified the price we will adjust
your order total down and send you a confirmation e-mail. This will
usually not delay shipment of the order.
This guarantee applies only to exactly the same item. It does not
apply to products offered wholesale only, at membership only stores,
out-of-date or old product, or products that are out of stock at
the competitor's store. The guarantee applies to the price after
any discount coupons or special offers at AlerG.com are applied.
(ie. If you have a discount coupon for our store, you cannot apply
the discount on top of the price matched price.) You can choose
the lower of our discounted price or the competitor's price. In
the event there is a substantial difference in shipping charges
between the competitor and AlerG, Inc. this difference may be used
in determining the final price offered. This guarantee only applies
to new orders, not orders that have already shipped.

Competitors' Coupons
AlerG, Inc. is happy to honor our competitors' coupons. Simply
enter in the coupon code, competitor's name, and the discount amount,
along with what products it applies to in the "Special Instructions"
field during checkout.
You will not be charged for your order until a trusted customer
service representative reviews and applies your discount.
Please note that competitors' coupons cannot be combined with AlerG
coupons.

60 Day Moneyback Guarantee
To ensure your complete satisfaction we offer a 60 day moneyback
guarantee*. Simply call or e-mail us for a return authorization
(RMA) number then send it back to us in original condition. RMAs
are valid for 2 weeks. We recommend that you send the product back
to us via a trackable method since we cannot be responsible for
items lost in shipment.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to
our error. Please allow up to 3 weeks from receipt of return for
processing of the return.
For a full product price refund please be sure to include all original
packaging, instructions, warranty cards and accessories. This is
particularly important with electronic products and higher ticket
items such as air purifiers. Items not returned in original packaging
or missing items may be charged a restocking fee from 20% up to
the full purchase price depending on how much is missing or damaged.
Therefore, please save all your packaging and parts if you think
you may wish to return your order.
Please note: Customers are responsible for shipping fees on exchanged
items. Air purifiers run in an environment where paint, chemical,
or fragrance smells or cigarette smoke is present may be assessed
a 20% restocking fee, because they may be unsellable.
* Custom/special orders, clearance items and some of our products
are not returnable for health or legal reasons. These items are
clearly marked as such in the product descriptions. There is a shipping
fee (up to 10% of the product price) for returned air purifiers,
Reverse Osmosis units, whole house water filterss, dehumidifiers,
and air conditioners. As a courtesy to our customers, most air purifiers,
dehumidifiers, and air conditioners are shipped free. This shipping
fee enables us to recover the costs of shipping the order. This
fee only applies to air purifiers, reverse osmosis units, whole
house water filters, dehumidifiers, and air conditioners.
