In-Store/Office Position (at Costa Mesa, California location)

Part-Time/Full Time Office Assistant
Answer phones, handle phone/internet orders, customer service and misc. office duties as required. Greet walk-in customers, help them with their product selections and take their orders. Experience with allergies and/or chemical sensitivity sufferers a plus. Excellent communication skills, presentable appearance and a positive "do whatever it takes" attitude a must.

Due to the fact that other employees and our customers may have allergies and/or are chemically sensitive, all employees must agree to avoid wearing perfume/cologne and avoid using strongly scented personal care products before and during work hours. Smoking is not permitted before and during business hours including breaks. Clothing worn to work must be free of cigarette smoke scent.
