Blueair's original 450E air purifier features SmokeStop™ technology and environmentally friendly filters that allows it to create more clean air at a faster rate with less noise.  Air is drawn into the unit via an ultra-quiet fan.  Airborne particles pass through an ion chamber and are charged to ensure that they adhere effortlessly to Blueair's progressive three-stage filter.  Cleaned air that is free of impurities is recirculated into the room.  

Blueair's SmokeStop™ filter features 3 lbs of activated carbon that efficiently removes gases, odors, and volatile organic compounds. Blueair's SmokeStop™ model is perfect for mid-rized rooms when complete air cleaning is required.
