Blueair's original 403 air purifier features HEPASilent™ technology and environmentally friendly filters that allows it to create more clean air at a faster rate with less noise.  Air is drawn into the unit via an ultra-quiet fan.  Airborne particles pass through an ion chamber and are charged to ensure that they adhere effortlessly to Blueair's progressive three-stage filter.  Cleaned air that is free of impurities is recirculated into the room.  

Blueair's SmokeStop™ filter features 3 lbs of activated carbon that efficiently removes gases, odors, and volatile organic compounds.  Blueair's SmokeStop™ model is perfect for mid-sized rooms when complete air cleaning is required.

DESIGN

The union of visually pleasing form and effective function is a hallmark of Swedish design, and Blueair is no exception.  The Blueair 403 is designed for maximum performance in mid-sized rooms. 

• Built in Carry Handles: The unit is light and easily moved from room to room with built in carry handles, no caster wheels needed.
• Durable Steel Construction: The external panels are made of attractive galvanized steel that have been powder coated for durability.  Being environmentally sound is kept in mind as there is no chemical gassing produced.  The unit is easy to wipe clean of dust and unlike plastic, will not pick up grime or oil stains.
• Blue Indicator Light: An attractive blue light glows softly to reveal when the machine is working.
