AlerG, Inc. (pronounced "Allergy") was founded to provide a comprehensive resource for the growing number of people suffering from allergies, sensitivity to fragrances, chemical sensitivity, environmental illness and other related ailments.

Our philosophy is to provide you with a wide range of quality products, quality customer service and comprehensive information to help you decide what works best for you. Our products help you reduce your exposure to allergens, toxic chemicals and can make your home a healthier, safer place for your entire family. All our products are personally reviewed and tested by our President before we offer them for sale. We will not offer any products that our President cannot personally tolerate or does not believe are effective. You will see comprehensive, personally written reviews on most of our products.

Furthermore, we store, handle and pack our products in an air-conditioned, filtered environment that minimizes the possibility of contamination of your order with fragrances or other chemicals. We use environmentally friendly packaging materials when possible and we will try to accommodate special packaging material requirements for the extremely sensitive, on request. Please indicate this in the "special instructions" field during checkout or mention it to your order taker and we will attempt to accommodate your needs.

Our founder, David Tan, is also the co-founder and co-owner of Smarthome, Inc., the leading supplier and manufacturer of home automation products in the US. Fast Shipping, E-mail Confirmations and Online Order Status
We know you are anxious to get your order. We try and keep all of our products in-stock for immediate shipment. In-stock orders placed by 6pmEST (3pm PST) either by internet or phone will ship the same (business) day. Most in-stock orders placed up till 8pm EST may also ship the same day depending on how busy we are.

Immediately after you place your order you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail. When the order ships you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment. You will also receive an e-mail with a tracking number which will allow you to track the exact location of the shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped.

For your convenience you may also go to our website at any time, log into your password protected account and review the status of any current orders as well as review orders placed up to 6 months ago. (This feature requires that you create an account during checkout.)

Ground shipping via UPS or FEDEX (available anywhere in the continental US):

Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day shipping is also available. These rates are based on actual discounted UPS and/or FedEx rates for the estimated weight and destination of the order.

Expedited shipping rates will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout to allow you to make your shipping choice.

"Will call" in person pickup at our showroom is available to those who are locally near Costa Mesa, CA. It has no shipping or handling charges added. For fastest will call service, place your order at least 1 hour before coming to pickup your order. Select "will call" as shipping method during checkout.
